Ms. Levy is an Associate in the firm's business practice group where she concentrates in business transactions and commercial litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Levy was affiliated with a prestigious intellectual property law boutique and practiced independently for several years.  As an independent practitioner, Ms. Levy worked with individuals and businesses to create, protect, and manage their intellectual property assets.
